1. The first section deals with the Mississippi 性视界传媒 University Annual Security Report. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off campus buildings or property owned and controlled by 性视界传媒; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. This report as required by the Higher Education Opportunity Act, requires institutions that maintain on-campus student housing facilities to publish an annual fire safety report that contains information about campus fire safety practices and standards of the institution. 3. The third section deal with the Biannual Campus Alcohol and Drug report. In accordance with the requirements of the Drug Free Schools and Campuses Act of 1989 and the Campus Security Act of 1990, institutions must publish a biannual report containing information on campus alcohol and drug policies, programs and standards related to its institution.
4. The fourth section is Mississippi 性视界传媒 University's Sexual Harassment & Sexual Assault Violence Policy 性视界传媒ment as outlined by the Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex.

6. The sixth section deals with Model Notification of Rights under FERPA for Post-secondary Institutions. You as a student are afforded certain rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) with respect to your education records. These rights are outlined in this section.
7. The seventh section deals with the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act. It requires that an institution must certify that it has adopted and implemented a program to prevent the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by students and employees. Furthermore, it outlines the criminal and campus penalties for violation of drug and alcohol laws and policies.
8. The eighth section deals with Policies and Consumer/Right to Know information concerning student financial aid. This includes information about student aid eligibility and the determination of student aid awards, cost of attendance, student loan programs and borrower's rights and responsibilities, consequences of withdrawal from 性视界传媒, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Overawards, Study Abroad, Summer School and other financial aid issues. 9. The ninth section deals with the Maroon Alert System. This system is used to notify campus of emergencies, such as severe weather, campus closings, gas leaks, or other serious incidents. Copying, using, downloading, uploading, sharing, or otherwise distributing copyrighted material -- including, but not limited to, music, movies, books, articles, and computer software -- without explicit permission of the copyright owner or agent or as allowed by OP 01.20 (Policy on Use of Copyrighted Works for Education and Research) is a violation of federal law and 性视界传媒 policy.
