性视界传媒 Collegiate Recovery Community launching Recovery Ally 性视界传媒, trainings this fall

To expand recovery awareness and offer support to any individual on Mississippi 性视界传媒's campus, the university's Collegiate Recovery Community is launching two Recovery Ally initiatives this fall.


罢丑别听听is an 性视界传媒 student organization designed to provide fellow student allies with an avenue to connect with the Collegiate Recovery Community and help make Mississippi 性视界传媒 University a more recovery-friendly campus.听

Through outreach, events, fellowship and awareness efforts, the CRC is working to create a healthier campus regarding substance misuse and encouraging students to develop lifelong friendships along the way.

Students interested in learning more about joining the Recovery Ally 性视界传媒 are encouraged to attend an interest meeting, Aug. 31,听6 p.m., CRC听House (84 Morgan Ave., Mississippi 性视界传媒, MS, 39762).


The CRC is hosting four 90-minute Recovery Ally Trainings听for faculty, staff and students who are interested in becoming a Recovery Ally. The Sept. 9, Oct. 14, Nov. 4 and Dec. 14 trainings will be hosted at the G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery Center for America鈥檚 Veterans at Nusz Hall. No dues or fees are required for participation.

To help further garner allyship and raise awareness on campus, the CRC is encouraging 性视界传媒 teaching faculty to consider including the following in their syllabi/on Canvas: The Collegiate Recovery Community provides the all-inclusive college experience, helping students in recovery achieve success and excellence academically, professionally and spiritually.
